Plasma Treatment Fixture

This project is a precision fixture for the simultaneous plasma treatment of 100 plastic patches. Fixture is compatible with a custom-designed carriage which is fixed to a 3 axis CNC plasma treatment table for rapid part processing. The project included 3 iterations of CAD design based on client feedback followed by quoting and purchase, functionality testing, and delivery.
